Cosplay Misty from Pokemon...ummm yeah ok WTF?! (Being female...you're doing it wrong!)

So I was deciding does this guy deserve to be in WTF Wednesday or Fail Friday...drumroll please.... He ended up in WTF Wednesday of course....
